We no longer need preschool or day care and now we need after school care. This forum is to help you deal with the unique issues we need to deal with as we seek after school care for our preteen with Down Syndrome.

As our children move from toddlerhood we want to make sure we keep current with the health of our children. Preteens with Down Syndrome tend to be no different than a typical child as they grow except for those things that are particular to anyone with Down Syndrome. Karen and I were lucky in that we only had to deal with Down Syndrome and later ADHD but many of you face struggles that require special measures of health management. I hope that you find this forum useful to you as you seek answers to your health management questions.
